BEAT RIDE A.K.A ANTIGONI KOSTALA WAS BORN AND RAISED IN ATHENS, GREECE. SHE BEGAN PIANO LESSONS AT THE AGE OF EIGHT, COMPOSING HER FIRST PIECE FOR PIANO AT THE AGE OF NINE. IN ADDITION TO PIANO AND MUSIC THEORY STUDY, ANTIGONI COMPLETED HER DEGREE IN “INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN STUDIES” AT PANTEION UNIVERSITY IN ATHENS.

SINCE 2001 SHE HAS COLLABORATED WITH MANY PRODUCERS & HAS PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS ALBUMS, COMPILATIONS & E.P.s AS A SINGER, LYRICIST & CO PRODUCER AND WORKED ON TELEVISION SHOWS. THOUGH INFLUENCED BY VARIOUS MUSIC GENRES HER LOVE FOR SPY JAZZ MUSIC, SOUNDTRACKS & FUNK GAVE BIRTH TO THE BEAT RIDE PROJECT. BEAT RIDE’S SIGNATURE IS CINEMATIC ATMOSPHERE
